[FR] modification_history extended logging

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
DFIR IRIS v2.4.7 get some changes in modification history of alerts.
"1713295540.490921": {"user": "administrator", "user_id": 1, "action": "updated alert: \"alert_owner_id\""}

but before I can see changelog of fields. For example:

alert_owner_id from "1" to "2", alert_status_id from "1" to "2"

It was an important part for calculating metrics.

Describe the solution you'd like
Please, return the old logging of actions OR turn on this feature with additional logging with environment variables FOR Alerts and Cases.
