MP3 info about the format is outdated and could dissuade someone from using the format #99

When I add a .wav file to the main interface and the Quality/Destination tabbed area appears, if I select "mp3" and click the "Info" button next to it, this message appears:

MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 Audio Layer III (MP3) is the most popular lossy audio format.
It is supported by virtually all audio players even though it has some legal restrictions.

But according to the wikipedia page, this is no longer the case.

The page even says, ".... As a result, many free and open-source software projects, such as the Fedora operating system, have decided to start shipping MP3 support by default, and users will no longer have to resort to installing unofficial packages maintained by third party software repositories for MP3 playback or encoding."
