Hello,
After taking a look at poolboy's README, I think this project lack some detailed introduction and mission statement on what the software accomplishes. I did not know how to run this software and how to use this software after I downloading it. Also, for the contributors, like me, a beginner, I did not see any issues have any tags on it. Other project all have the tags like beginner, C++, or python tags under each issue, and this could make the contributors easy to find the one they could fix.

Yeah, we've not been the best maintainers of late. Unfortunately I'm not sure if @devinus uses poolboy much anymore. I don't use it myself either so I don't have a lot of time to keep up with it. @getong has done some great work helping clean up some stuff, but we would certainly appreciate any other help.
