kicad 7 can double quote type #187

changing the test in part_query.py to

            if "kicad" not in type_.lower():
                continue

Fixes things. The test is probably specific enough: who else is going to have 'kicad' in their name?

I will tidy up and PR these issues. sorry for the spam. If I don't open them atm I'm going to forget.
