Update PyPI version

It looks like https://pypi.python.org/pypi/devassistant/0.12.0a1 is outdated. Are there any plans to cut new alpha there?

I'm afraid that that's the case. Currently we lack the *manpower to develop DevAssistant any further. Any volunteers would be greatly appreciated.

@hroncok is volunteering the only option? Do you have some budget? In theory devassistant could be a good codebase for more fine-grained upstream integration projects, but GPL complicates stuff, and startups are afraid of it.

@hroncok yea, I wish there was no money to care about, but the world is a cruel place even if you try to do useful things.
