RFE: DNF Plugins

I think would be great to add quickstarts for DNF Plugins.

General type of plugins:

• Plugin
• Command

Yeah, a very good idea!
The way it works now is that assistants (our plugins) are shipped separately from DA core. Everyone can create their own assistants and distribute them on DAPI [1] for users of DA >= 0.10.
I'd like to see these assistants created, but I'm afraid I don't have any time for that now and I'd first need to study the layout of dnf plugins/commands, so it's not something I'd expect to do soon.
If you'd like to create these yourself, it'd be awesome. The docs are at [2], in case you want to try it out.

If you do go on and try writing your assistants, any kind of feedback is appreciated.
