Currently the author info is static and the avatar is also a static image url. It always breaks since everybody uses their twitter image and it changes the file name when updated. We should think about a better strategy for author avatars / info

Avatars have been added to local static files - but I think Hugo could download files during a build step. This way we might get avatar URLs dynamically based on usernames/handles from services like Twitter. But in 2023, maybe not Twitter...
