Static deploy fails with error when auth is on #119

Static fails this error, but when looking at the cloudformation logs, nodejs10.x is no longer supported.

It is currently used in two files, which makes me think dynamic will also fail.

error from cloudformation:

Resource handler returned message: "The runtime parameter of nodejs10.x is no longer supported for creating or updating AWS Lambda functions. We recommend you use the new runtime (nodejs14.x) while creating or updating functions. (Service: Lambda, Status Code: 400, Request ID: e7ad2ec6-8587-477b-a71c-2d61f9d666d4)" (RequestToken: 9a28220f-4400-2a84-cd32-51c816207043, HandlerErrorCode: InvalidRequest)
