This happens right at the start of the installation and I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know what perhaps is the reason for this?

This is a bug in python 3.11, hopefully they'll release a fix soon: python/cpython#108520

Use python 3.10 for now.

Thank you for your help. I tried upgrading to the newest version of python with brew upgrade python and after the installation it always says: "python 3.11.6_1 already installed", but when I use "python --version" it always says "Python 3.11.5" and the error in legendary still persists.
I also have python installed under the command "python3" but that has the same version as the other python after updating. I don't know what python is being used by legendary but they both say that the version is still 3.11.5 even though the update says that it's 3.11.6_1 . Do you maybe know how to solve this issue?

i'm unsure but my best guess would be to run:
brew reinstall --force python@3.11

I finally solved it: I had anaconda installed because I tried to force the correct version with it too. I deleted it completely and now its finally showing me the newest version lol
