On ubuntu 20.04
Fish version 3.1

Steps to reproduce

  • install nvm with omf install nvm
  • run nvm all works good
  • refresh
  • try to run nvm you get an error You need to install nvm itself (see https://github.com/creationix/nvm#installation)
