Hi, I was referred here to report a bug at opentopomap.org

I noted double city names on opentopomap.org. I checked my eyes and my beer level, both are in the green range.
The bug disappers when increasing the zoom factor.

Best regards

With your eyes everything is ok, some labels are even present three times.
The error should be fixed after the next update. tiles that are rendered from the end of next week should be fine again.
Thanks
Max

In this region the names of mountain ranges are also shown three times:

Yes, same problem, will disappear over time.
The problem was: The database for the labels is deleted during the update and then refilled. The deletion did not work, however, and labels were always added with every update. After 3 times it was noticed and the deletion is now forced.
In many places you don't notice that because there is no room for 3 labels. For mountains and valleys, however, the renderer is quite free with the labeling and really sets 3 names.
