Tracks and paths are named in German language

Hello.

I have my Garmin configured in Spanish language but when I use the map screen for navigation or browsing, the tracks and paths are named in German language. I tried switching my Garmin to English, but these highways are still named in German.

I checked in OSM hoping to find some detail about why this naming but I don't see anything that could lead to this issue.

Find attached some examples:

Highway value: track; with name; In the Garmin Edge 530 it is called "Weg"

Highway value: path; without name; In the Garmin Edge 530 it is called "Fußweg"

Highway value: path; without name; In the Garmin Edge 530 it is called "Fußweg"

Highway value: path; without name; In the Garmin Edge 530 it is called "Fußweg"

Highway value: pedestrian; without name; In the Garmin Edge 530 it is called "Fußgängerzone"

Is there a possibility to make this naming appear in the Garmin's local language?
