Add Copic marker colors

It's pretty cool that you include the Crayola colors for use with GIMP, but what if... you could include the colors of the Copic Color System? I bet if people really wanted to use these instead of buying any of the Copic products.

It should be possible to import that PDF file into Inkscape, and extract the colors from it. Very time-consuming, so it's unlikely I'm gonna do it myself anytime soon.
