I'm thinking for timeline - have coding requirements and up to Erin and Grace revisions done by Nov 13 (that gives us 3 weeks and includes Grace's reading week). Then aim to submit and have a preprint out by Dec 1 for my very selfish desire to put the preprint on my CIHR grant application. If this is too soon let me know and I will leave off of my CIHR application.

I realized that the reason those docs were deleted was because I had not merged should solve overwritten examples in issue #61

I was able to fix the issue of the overwritten files by reverting back to my personal branch, we do need to run a check for bugs now though
