I have both registry entries (see photo).

No, you don't. You don't have FlexASIO under the 64-bit key (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ASIO). That explains the issue.

Ok I think I understand what's happening. I think the FlexASIO installer is just confused and believes Windows ARM does not qualify as "Windows x64", therefore it doesn't install the 64-bit version of FlexASIO.

Is there any way I can manually install FlexASIO so that it installs for 64b?

Yes, that should be doable. In the FlexASIO installation directory, you should have a x86 (for 32-bit) directory and a x64 (for 64-bit) directory. I'm not sure the installer will even write the files for 64-bit in your case, so if they're mi…
