Creates magics from the markdown, jinja2, and yaml magic

@Carreau made a PR in tonyfast/magical-magic#1 . I forgot that project existed. rites includes all of the conventions provided by magical-magic, and it can use IPython machinery to make the magic functions more natural in interactive programming.

I am making this issue because I still need to register magic functions with rites for markdown, jinja2, and yaml`.

@bollwyvl is still committing to. Maybe that should be a dependency.
