update code parser to understand cell magics #4

currently, we can't escape a cell magic and we should be able to. if code is dedented sufficiently then we should escape a cell

              <h1>heading</h1>
        ... # this ellipsis breaks the cell magic cause of the dedent relative to cell magic trigger

currently cell magics need to be escaped with non indented code objects.
