Symptom: when the README.html file inside the workflow is opened with the Safari Web browser (with default character encoding), all the characters representing keys are rendered as gibberish.
Actual issue: the expected META tag to set the character encoding to UTF-8 is missing from the the README.html file in the source code.
Workarounds: adding the META tag line to the copy of the file in the workflow does correct the issue locally, as does setting Safari to use UTF-8 by default.
Reason for absence of pull request: the README.md file does include the tag and I anticipate that you derive the HTML document from that.
Thanks for this workflow!
