ipv6 unsupported for no-ip

Just so that Google & co. pick it up and save people's time...

I spent way too long trying to make sense of the documentation and config format to finally find that the info sent to No-IP is only IPv4, even if it's an empty string while the IPv6 is available.

I agree that examples for IPV4 only, IPV6 only, and dualstack are badly missing. I spend also way to much time trying to figure out a correct config file and I'm not even sure the one I have works although I have no error in log.
