l find that it is soomth to screen when codecs string is avc1.4d402a,but avc1.640028 is not.

These stand for different levels of H.264 encoding profiles and constraints... Where did you find those strings? Maybe another playback issue.

from yt-dlp. When broadcast of codecs string is avc1.4d402a(choose the best for example),the broadcast will have a delay of nearly 5 seconds,but when it is avc1.640028,it will have no delay or even faster than the live streaming footage of youtube,so it looks like it's stuck.I have tried adjusting other parameters,but it doesn't work.
