v0.8.0 introduces the DCS-BIOS Hub.
The included Lua scripts are based on version 0.7.31 of https://github.com/DCSFlightpanels/dcs-bios
In addition, a few controls in the AV8B profile have been fixed:
- fix the UFC_COM1_SEL, UFC_COM2_SEL and NAV_CRS inputs
- provide working exports for the scratchpad and radio preset displays on the UFC
The DCS-BIOS Hub is a program that replaces the connect-serial-port.cmd batch files and also provides an improved version of the interactive control reference documentation without the need for a browser extension.
It also includes a stripped-down version of the Lua Console from https://github.com/jboecker/dcs-witchcraft
This is a pre-release, mostly because so far it has only been tested on my machine and I still have to write new documentation.
To install:
- download and run the installer
- start the DCS-BIOS Hub using the start menu shortcut
- click the new icon in the system tray and choose "Open web interface" to open the configuration interface in your browser
- go to the "Setup Scripts" page and check "Virtual Cockpit Connection" to modify Export.lua accordingly
- use the "Dashboard" page to connect the serial ports you use for your panels
