Evaluate from ACT work how far to go back and test some initial diffs from current UMLS distribution to priors. Build test case of adding removed content.

It is decided in HuBMAP versioning approach of APIs to simply allow API to point to prior version(s) of graph rather than to deploy a master graph with all now obsolete, but prior valid, items in the graph. This de-prioritizes this effort to some degree as it ONLY applies to ACT. Issue left open but not actively working on it.
