While running this in pilot, I'm seeing that for some modules like autorunsc, the system on which collection is run shows a window. I can replicate this behaviour by setting up manually a PS-Session and then executing autoruns. However, when running autoruns from commandline, this behavior is absent.
It's quite annoying because these windows steal focus from the user (who also is supposed to ring the alarm bell if he sees windows pop up like that).
Is there any way to avoid this behaviour?
Best regards
Joris
