[Breaking] Refactor of how to configure plugin

What do you think about changing how to configure the plugin so that each bubble/component is configured separatedly?

For example:

vim.g.bubbly_configuration = {
  palete = { ... },
  characters = { ... },
  inactive_color = { ... },
  inactive_style = { ... },
  statusline = { ... },
  components = {
    mode = {
      tag = { ... },
      color = { ... },
      style = { ... },
    },
    ...
  },
}

This would be a breaking change, so I am in doubt about making it.
