Describe the subtask

Support SparkSQL extended syntax in Iceberg, such as:

addPartitionField
dropPartitionField
replacePartitionField
setWriteDistributionAndOrdering
setIdentifierFields
dropIdentifierFields
createOrReplaceBranch
createOrReplaceTag
dropBranch
dropTag
