It should probably just be removed entirely—it's a privacy concern to be beaconing back to ASF about the population of who's looking at pages with that graphic embedded.
Would it be possible to embed the image within the dashboard if we like the look and feel, but don't want Grafana calling out to Apache's servers?

The provided Grafana dashboard embeds https://cassandra.apache.org/img/cassandra_logo.png which may move at any time (this has happened at least once already).
