Datashim.io has not been updated in quite a while and features deprecated Quick Start examples
There are two websites for Datashim - the LF/AI project website (datashim.io) and the Github project website (https://datashim-io.github.io/datashim/)

Requirements:

resolve which website should take precedence (and deprecate the other)
Update README for the project website
Update the example dataset in the project website
Remove the old documentation on caching, etc. from the Github website
Surface README per example into a useful document per example that people can follow in a consistent manner
