Currently, the "publish as" option only partially works. It sets the publish_as field in the database, but the mandate title is not displayed at datasektionen.se/nyheter.

I think this is because the publish_as_display field in the database is not set correctly when creating news items, as can be seen in this image.

It works for older posts, where this field is set correctly, as can be seen with datasektionen.se/nyheter/9754

Tried to go back in the history to see when this field disappeared but
could not see anything. Do you think it could be related to the switch
from prometheus, @Herkarl? Anyway, no it is being set explicitly on a
post to `admin/edit`.
