New feature: filter on tag when copying objects

Problem statement

Currently, the toolbox allows to copy objects from the 4 modules of DataGalaxy (glossary, dictionary, dataprocessings, usages), but it is only a full copy. It is impossible to select a subset of objects inside a module.

Proposed solution

To be able to filter objects based on a tag they possess.
Note that if an object has the requested tag but not its parents, they will be copied nonetheless to keep the hierarchy intact.
