Are there any usage restrictions on the data?

Hi Evan! The package and data within this package follow the GPL 2.0 restrictions. You may copy, distribute and modify the software as long as you track changes/dates in source files. Any modifications to or software including (via compiler) GPL-licensed code must also be made available under the GPL along with build & install instructions.

No further usage restrictions on the data are imposed. You can find more details on GPL 2.0 here.
