Create steps/script needed to output v1.1 corpus data as CSV file, per the technical spec.

CSV records should be formatted like:

id,created,updated,repository,publisher,journal,title,objId,subjId,publishedDate,accessionNumber,doi,relationTypeId,source,subjects,affiliations,funders
cdfe1599-7288-4fbd-b8d8-4a25fb6d170d,2023-09-26T10:26:21.549Z,2023-11-15T23:17:25.755Z,European Nucleotide Archive,F1000 Research Ltd,Wellcome Open Research,,10.12688/wellcomeopenres.17706.1,OU744360.1,2022-02-15T00:00:00.000Z,OU744360.1,,,czi,,,
