Expected Behaviour

The Given Name and Family Name are not required for the creator property in the form.

Current Behaviour

The form is requiring a given name and family name if the creator nameType is updated to "person".

Steps to Reproduce

  1. use form to create a DOI with only creator name (not given name or family name) and nameType unknown.
  2. Save.
  3. Return to update
  4. change name type to personal
  5. the creator name disappears and the form requires a Family Name to be entered
