Issue with docker-machine and Cisco AnyConnect

Cisco AnyConnect client is a piece of crap, but governments everywhere use it. Right now it causes problems with docker-machine: docker/machine#1500

Suggested fix there is to use openconnect, but I've had mixed luck in the little time I've spent trying to set it up.

I don't think this is actionable right now, I'm just documenting it here so we can track this related issue.

Can confirm, currently using: v3.1.04072

I have found a way around it, seems like the docker network must initialize first before I connect to the VPN. If I VPN first and then fire up the docker host it hangs or never works. Hope this at least gives someone some help.
