Generalize install instructions

The final lines of the installation for each OS describe something that is obviously related to the EEA conference.

For example: from https://datacarpentry.org/stata-economics/setup.html

Windows:

When it asks for the first line, it should say “European Economic Association”
When it asks for the second line, it should say “Manchester, UK”
It will ask for confirmation. Type “Y” and press enter.

If this lesson is gonna roll out to a wider audience in the future (we are piloting it at American U on Oct 26), the installation instructions need to generalize so that we do not confuse learners.
