In episodes 3 and 4, we use Exercise and Show me the solution. In all other episodes, we use Challenge and Answer. It is possible that instructors are using these differently while teaching lessons in workshops. If not, is this distinction necessary?

Hi! In my opinion, Exercise sounds mandatory while Challenge sounds more like an optional task. I don't think this distinction is necessary because of open approachs encouraged by the carpentries to readers, intructors, and trainees. Bests!
