change points_HARV to lines_HARV in vector attributes lesson

In lesson "Explore and Plot by Vector Layer Attributes" the explanation begins by printing point_HARV and without any transition continues the lesson using lines_HARV. Simply switching the points file with the lines one would make this less confusing.
