[FEATURE] Add asyncio compatability for files API

Problem Statement
Somewhere in the near future, some data will be behind unity catalog in volumes. The only way to read this data outside of databricks is using the Files api, but there is no asyncio support here. Would be great if this can be added for performance reasons
