when I'm adding websites I'm trying to add the local language that's available. It looks like your script might just be choosing one of them. For example Bangkok I've added Thai and English, the Thai URL is what made it into your csv. Not sure if there is an easy fix nor am I expecting a fix. Just letting you know in case it was easy to filter. But then again it might be hard to do that for all the countries in the world.
Indeed I had not thought about that!
We should be consistent, for instance always going for English if available (since we already get the English labels), fallback to any other if English is not available.
When we implement language add-ons we should use the other URLs.
