Append all new URIs to a historic mapping URI->QID.

After webpage generation, check what URIs have disappeared and generate redirect pages to the same QID if it has a page (if not, generate a generic webpage explaining what happened, where to find what the reader was probably looking for, and how to fix the data if needed).
