You cannot download any of the provided packages on https://panopticon.re/get/, because files.panopticon.re has not a A/AAAA record.
Is that a mistake?

It seems that the site is now down completely. The readme still links to https://panopticon.re/usage for documentation, but it's just a 404 now.
