xcaddy is case-sensitive for module URLs

When using xcaddy.tech or copy/pasting the URL of the Souin plugin directly from Github, it fails to build due to URL being mixed cache but the module using lowercase. xcaddy detects that as a problem and aborts the build.

xcaddy maintainers are against case insensitive Github URL sources for some reason.

Additional note, your website mentions an old version of Souin but doesn't appear to have anything to do with the version of Souin caddy plugin afaik.
