Algorithm does not produce triangle for points

I can confirm, it does not produce a triangle. This is most likely because the triangle in question is very long and narrow, and the algorithm being used is experiencing degeneracies... I'll take a look as time permits (though I'm afraid time is in short supply these days).

I think you can use double.js for very long and narrow triangle.
