2.a) Information about ExpVer, GenVer, ChallengeProblem just might not belong in this file (it's not something that the "experimenter" knows or needs to know to report on what happened). It properly belongs elsewhere.

About 2a. I would agree that this information likely needs to be exported to a separate file. I was including this for convienence, but I do think that it is appropriate / correct to use a separate JSON or txt file which can capture this information. I will work create an issue to fix this. For the time being I will just dump this to an unparsed JSON. We should talk more about meta data at some point.
