Can we add ABS wedge fraction obstructions to the starlink dashboard?

I think it's just a case of copying the Current Wedge Fraction Obstructions and then changing it to look at wedge_abs_fraction_obstruction_ratio.

I've already done so on my install if the values seem to be sane I'll look at exporting the modified dashboard and submitting a PR.
