xwindow driver conventions

The /xwin driver in the pgplot mode has col 1 = white and col 0 = black.

This is the reverse of the behaviour of real pgplot (draws on white on black).

I don't have a huge problem with this, but if the goal is compatibility it should be changed.

my personal goal is not 100% compatibility with PGPLOT if giza is used as a standalone library. Where we should have 100% compatibility with PGPLOT is when giza is called through the PGPLOT API. So we could fix this by ensuring the behaviour when called via giza-pgplot matches that of the original.

For example, this is already done with colour indices. Giza has different default line colours to PGPLOT, but when called through the PGPLOT API will use line colours matching the original PGPLOT
