pghist() with pgflag = 2 does not produce a filled histogram

(e.g. test3.p in perl-pgplot)

PS there also seems to be an odd bug where the histogram is not drawn until the axes are labelled! (i.e. using pglabel())

Symbol danieljprice#19 was not a hexagon with a cross but a larger open square than danieljprice#6.
The squares are also drawn with a slightly thinner line.

I've confirmed this - it may be another (subtle?) difference in when the effects of an API call are visible on the screen (see #18)

And also the colour is wrong - PGPLOT gives yellow-on-black, giza yields cyan-on-white.
