Describe the bug
https://plantcv.readthedocs.io/en/latest/parallel_config/#example

--> python %CONDA_PREFIX%/Scripts/plantcv-run-workflow --config my_config.json

Expected behavior
Update to latest syntax ( just run-plantcv-workflow now?)
