No more apk to install!?

Looks like with the Google code site down, we also have no way to install the .apk files anymore.

Please fix - this used to take <5 minutes!!

I wouldn't mind having this information as well. Since SL4A moved off the google-sponsored website, I am unsure how one would update SL4A or any of the associated scripting languages. (I did actually copy a bunch of stuff in from a freeware Perl distribution a while back but if people are actively working on these SL4A intrerepreters, I'd love to be able to benefit from their work.) Did I miss the installation and update instructions someplace? Many thanks!
