The plan:

Generate blockMeshDicts from examples using the already-written tool (tests/helpers/collect_outputs)
Run meshes and check them visually by hand to make sure they work
Repeat the above for other two OF versions
Save valid example files
Run No. 1 and compare output to saved dicts for each test
