Add access to quotation marks/customizable option #115

I’d like to suggest adding access to quotation marks (specifically, ‘ ’ “ ” « » ‹ › ‚ „ ‟ ⹂), binding them perhaps to the / or ^ key.

Another idea is adding a customizable hot key so users could define glyphs that they use particularly often.
